Membership Toolkit Terms of Use

- Share classroom and school information
- Coordinate volunteer activities and events
- Help families connect for school-related purposes (e.g., carpools, playdates, classroom communication)
By accessing the Membership Toolkit, parents and guardians agree to use all information responsibly and only for its intended purpose. You may use contact or directory information to:
- Communicate about school-related events, classroom updates, or volunteer activities
- Connect with other families for school or community-building reasons
You may not use Membership Toolkit information to:
- Send advocacy, political, or legislative messages
- Promote petitions, campaigns, or external organizations
- Solicit business, services, or donations not approved by Minnewashta Elementary or its PTO
- Copy, share, or repurpose directory data outside the school community
3. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information in the Membership Toolkit (such as parent and student names, phone numbers, and email addresses) is shared voluntarily by families for school communication purposes only.
- Do not share Membership Toolkit data publicly or with third parties.
- Respect the privacy and preferences of other families.
- Access is restricted to authorize Minnewashta Elementary families and staff.
4. Violations
Failure to follow these Terms of Use may result in loss of access to the Membership Toolkit. The Minnewashta PTO or school administration reserves the right to take further action to maintain the integrity and privacy of the community.
5. Updates
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically to reflect policy or privacy updates. Continued use of the Membership Toolkit after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
